This is a licensing agreement for photographs by the owner of the photographs to another. It doesnt transfer ownership of the photographs themselves, rather just the right to use them for a limited commercial or non-commerical use. It is five pages and in Word format and drafted to heavily favor the owner of the photographs (the licensor) rather than the licensee. It includes fill in the blanks for all amounts, names, dates and uses. Very good form.
